  • Rejected advertisements

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve campaign issues and communicate relevant developments to the client.

Client Responsibilities

To deliver services effectively, clients agree to provide accurate and timely information, including where applicable:

  • Business information
  • Product and service details
  • Pricing information
  • Logos and brand assets
  • Images and videos
  • Website access
  • Google Business Profile access
  • Advertising account access
  • Analytics and tracking access
  • Required approvals
  • Other information reasonably required for the project

The client is responsible for ensuring that information supplied to us is accurate, lawful, and up to date.

Delays in providing information, access, approvals, or feedback may affect project timelines and results.

Advertising Budget

Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Google or Meta is generally separate from our professional service fees unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

The client is responsible for paying advertising platform charges according to the applicable campaign arrangement.

We are not responsible for increases or changes in advertising platform costs.

Fees and Payments

Service fees, payment schedules, taxes, advertising budgets, and other charges will be communicated in the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed:

Fees already paid for completed or committed services may not be refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

Services may commence after the required payment or advance is received.

Applicable taxes will be charged as required by law.

Delayed payments may affect campaign management or project timelines.

Outstanding payments may result in temporary suspension of services.

Website Design & Development

For website and landing-page projects:

  • The project scope will be based on the agreed proposal.
  • Client-provided content must be accurate and legally usable.
  • Delays in content, approvals, or access may extend delivery timelines.
  • Third-party hosting, plugins, themes, software, licenses, and subscriptions may involve additional charges.
  • Ongoing maintenance is not included unless specifically agreed.

After project completion, responsibility for ongoing website maintenance may be transferred to the client unless a separate maintenance agreement exists.

Client Content and Intellectual Property

The client retains ownership of content, trademarks, logos, photographs, videos, and other materials supplied by the client, subject to the client’s rights in those materials.

The client grants us permission to use such materials solely as reasonably necessary to provide the agreed services.

The client is responsible for ensuring that materials supplied to us do not infringe third-party intellectual property or other rights.

10X Booster Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our proprietary materials, strategies, templates, processes, methodologies, designs, reports, documentation, software configurations, and other original materials remain the property of Kate Education and Consultancy Services Private Limited or the applicable rights holder.

You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, license, or commercially exploit our proprietary materials without written permission.

Third-party software, platforms, stock assets, fonts, plugins, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

Where we provide marketing services for healthcare, education, financial, real estate, or other regulated industries, the client remains responsible for ensuring that its products, services, claims, licenses, qualifications, pricing, and promotional materials comply with applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and platform policies.

We may decline to publish or advertise content that we reasonably believe is misleading, unlawful, unsafe, or likely to violate applicable platform policies.

Testimonials, Reviews and Marketing Materials

We may request permission to use client testimonials, reviews, logos, case studies, or project results for marketing purposes.

We will not knowingly publish a client’s testimonial or identifiable case study without appropriate authorization.

Any performance statistics used in our marketing materials are illustrative or based on specific campaigns and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future results.

Confidentiality

We will take reasonable steps to protect confidential business information shared with us for the purpose of providing services.

Confidential information does not include information that:

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 10X Booster and Kate Education and Consultancy Services Private Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Client’s unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property

Information or content supplied by the client

Client products or services

Client’s violation of applicable law

Client’s violation of third-party rights

Misuse of marketing materials
